Are you into making your own beats?! Have you ever thought about learning how with a beat making program? If so, you need to check this out!
A couple of weeks ago I was given an assignment for one of my courses to make a power point presentation. We were told to have fun with it and make it really fun and interactive for the the entire class.
Unfortunately, the class is done in a lecture style for over 200 kids. I was stressing as to how in the world I could make a presentation that was interactive for that many students. I am shy and didn’t want to be asking the class questions. Too many pretty faced girls for me to not get caught staring. Then I found the Sonic Producer.
I finally settled on trying to make a presentation that had some good music to go along with it. I thought that I could play off of the term ‘interactive’ and have the beats go along with what the characters were doing in my presentation. The only problem was I had no clue how todo that. I went online to search for beat making programs and found the Sonic Producer.
I was able to learn from scratch how to make beats and develop a ‘soundtrack’ for my presentation that synced up perfectly. I had no clue when I got the program about what I was doing, how to use any of the tools or basically anything about the product or what I could expect. By taking my time and paying attention to the provided tutorials, I was able to make my first beat within an hour of getting the program.
I even had the body of my final product for my presentation done within the first few hours. I I think the most impressive thing was that the program has everything taken care of in terms of instructing you and what you could hope to get out of it. As far as beat making programs go, I can’t imagine having a more well put together system where everything you could want to do is explained and accounted for.
Not only did I nail the project, but my professor told me that the music was an inventive way to make the project interactive and that it seemed very professionally done. I even had a couple guys from the class come up and ask me how long I had been making beats. We ended up spending an hour talking about it and looking over the program on my laptop. They were shocked that I was able to complete the project and learn that much in just one weekend. They had been doing it for a few years and were still impressed with the beat making programs that you get with the Sonic Producer.
If you have any interest in making beats or even learning about it, I strongly suggest you check out this project. I can’t stress enough how happy I was with both the program and the finished project. I have continued to mess around with the program and plan on using it to ‘dj’ my next house party. The possibilities with the Sonic Producer are literally endless.
